Is it possible to buy pre-made candles and add scents to them?
I am trying to find different ways to fund raise money for relay for life. The thing is my parents won't let me make the gel or candle wax at home, because they are afraid " i'll burn the house down" . So I was wondering if I could buy candles that are pre made and add different kinds of scents to them? Thank you all in advance

PCS'ing to Hawaii, keep hearing there is things the movers won't move i.e candles, lotion can I get a list?
So we just came down on orders for Hawaii and have less then a month to get all our stuff sorted out for the movers as we just moved here so most of it is still packed up. I keep hearing that there is a whole list of items the mover's will not move such as candles, lotions, etc. I am just looking for a more complete list so we can either get rid of these items or find another way to ship them. Any help would be great
What are some ways to end each candle for the Sweet 16 candle ceremony?
For my Sweet 16 candles, I wrote out a paragraph for each candle, but do you have any suggestions on how to invite the people to light the candle with me. Instead of saying " Please join me in lightning my first candle, ect." I'd like to make it rhyme for each candle first sixteenth candle Example You guys are far from the worst, so please come and light my first.
Candles on a birthday cake?
Hi everyone, I'm going to be celebrating my girlfriend's birthday with her tonight. Now, I bought her a small cake. I want to light a candle on it so she can blow it out because she loves making wishes. However, I live in a college dorm where candles aren't allowed. I was wondering if birthday candles would set off the smoke alarm. The cake would have one candle on it, would be blown out in less than 2 minutes, and it would be placed about 15 feet away from the smoke alarm. Oh, my dorm is also non smoking, so the sensitivity of the smoke detector isn't automatically set lower to allow smoking. I really want to light a candle for her, but I'm not sure if the risk is too high. What do you guys think?
